What is Virus? Virus is a nasty adware virus which takes control of your web browser to boost the website traffic of the sponsored websites. Once this virus targets your computer, it will modify some important browser settings like your homepage settings and DNS settings. This virus can affect most popular web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Similar to Dpx.js Virus and “Ads by Media View” Virus, this virus is very nasty as it can generate countless commercial ads to pop up on your desktop continuously and distract you severely. Besides, you will keep being redirected to a variety of unwanted websites which have been previously set by the virus makers, which will block you from accessing your desired websites. Additionally, this virus will do harm to your antivirus software to protect itself from being removed from your system. By executing malicious code, this virus can alter the registry entries in order to make itself start automatically at system startup. Lots of system resources will be eaten up by this virus, and your computer will run rather slower than normal. As this virus is able to do great harm to your antivirus program, the manual removal is the best way to eliminate this stubborn virus completely from your infected computer.
